My dog has really bad skin problems....?
My dog has similar problem, I figured out she was allergic to chicken. Chicken is in ALOT of dog food even if it does not say it on the front. Look at the ingredients and maybe slowly change her food to a lamb and rice food. I like Nutro!

Good luck and take care of that doggy !
Reply:Try to find a dermatologist for dogs and see another vet.

What are you feeding her?

Does your dog have fleas, if so is the dog being treated for the fleas?

Has the vet done any skin scrapings to check for fungal or staph infections?

Has the vet ran bloodwork?
Reply:your dog is probably either allergic to grass or fleas. I have had several dogs that have had FLEA BITE DERMATITIS. they are constantly biting and pulling out hair? Try using the Advantage flea control and an oatmeal based shampoo. The oatmeal helps with the itching, but you can't bathe for 48 hours before or after you put on the flea control. I use it on all my dogs. Don't be surprised if your dog starts getting ear infections, that goes along with the territory if they have allergies.....oh, and GET ANOTHER VET...lol
